Separated filling lines for maximum product quality

Within Tank Services Valley we operate multiple filling lines, allowing us to process products separately. We have a dedicated filling line for dark-colored products, such as lecithin, and a separate line for lighter products, such as vegetable oils, glycerine, and glucose streams. By keeping these processes separate, we prevent cross-contamination and ensure the quality and purity of your product throughout the entire filling process.

IBC Packaging

Efficient filling and packaging in IBCs

Filling into IBCs is one of TSV’s core activities. Products can be filled both from bulk and from smaller packaging. We use high-quality IBCs in various sizes, tailored to the properties of the product. IBCs provide an efficient and ergonomic packaging solution that is easy to transport worldwide. Thanks to our cooperation with trusted suppliers, specifications are always up to date, and we can continuously ensure the availability of the required packaging.

Drum Packaging

Flexible packaging solutions in drums

With our semi-automated filling installation, we can fill both HDPE and steel drums. Products can be filled either from bulk or from IBCs. TSV works with various types of drums, available in different specifications and colors. The drums comply with applicable standards and are equipped with the required food-grade coatings and certifications. We can also fully provide the associated pallets, ensuring your products can be safely stored and transported.

Jerrycan Packaging

Dedicated filling line for jerrycans

For smaller packaging, TSV offers the option to fill products into jerrycans. We operate a dedicated filling line for this purpose. Jerrycans are available as standard and can be filled on demand. They are available in sizes of 20 and 25 kg and are labeled and palletized after filling for safe storage and transport. Customer-specific solutions are also available.
