Safety plays a very important role at TSV. Safe working practices for our employees, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and adherence to instructions are closely monitored. Additionally, all employees hold the necessary certifications and have completed both internal and external training programs. We preferably employ only permanent staff with long-term service contracts to ensure safety and maintain knowledge within our company. All risks at TSV are evaluated annually by a safety specialist and reassessed regularly.
At TSV, we work with a HACCP team. This team, consisting of various members from within the organization, focuses on the continuous improvement of all conceivable quality aspects. Additionally, all quality systems are certified by external companies and certification bodies; see the “Certifications” section for details. Alongside these certifications, all trend analyses are monitored, and periodic validations are carried out. This team is also responsible for customer audits and any follow-up actions. TSV always strives to achieve the highest standards in hygiene and food safety.
The sustainable storage facility in Ede is equipped with over 1,500 solar panels. These panels, with a total capacity of 480,000 WP, generate more than enough electricity to carry out all TSV activities using this renewable solar energy. This means that Tank Services Vally operates completely self-sufficiently and without a gas connection.
The vast majority of products processed at Tank Services Valley need to be heated before they can be handled. For this purpose, we have developed a new, sustainable heating solution, for which Tank Services Valley, together with the installer, won the Daikin Innovation Award for industry.
