All storage tanks available to TSV are equipped with a vertical mixer with 5 mixer blades. These mixer blades distributed over a distance of 16 meters ensure that your products are perfectly homogeneous within the validated deadline. The weighing of your additives is done on a calibrated validated scale under the 4-eye principle. Thus, we minimize any risk with your products. After mixing, our tanks have a special sample tap to have your mix analyzed and evaluated.
An ISO container is a perfect storage option for a small batch of product. In addition to storing these products, TSV also has the ability to sustainably heat this container for you. Should you have the desire to mix the products homogeneously or add additives after heating, this is also no problem. Using the calibrated scale, your additives are weighed, then added to the ISO container. After addition, the mobile mixer is installed cleaned on the ISO container. All of these activities are done in-house.
