High-care filling area
The filling installation is housed in our cleanroom. This cleanroom is maintained under continuous overpressure and equipped with climate control to prevent the growth of microorganisms and keep the area sterile. In addition, strict rules apply before the room may be entered. Alongside all hygiene regulations, the cleanroom also undergoes periodic cleaning, during which both direct contamination is measured and a trend analysis is performed. This trend analysis is evaluated by our HACCP team. The filling installation is constructed entirely from stainless steel, with Teflon wear components to avoid lubrication. All parts that come into contact with products from various customers are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Products are filled on our calibrated scale according to the customer’s requirements, with the filling installation directly connected via our PLC to the tank farm and unloading pumps.
