Storage tanks – 156 tons
Within TSV we possess a tank farm of 30 identical heatable storage tanks. All these tanks are equipped with their own mixer, sample point and own piping. In addition, every kilo of product going out of these tanks is filtered at 1 mm. This applies both to filling in final packaging and in bulk. These tanks were developed specifically for the TSV application and can therefore be called unique. Our customers and relations have a 100% separation between the products due to this closed system. In addition to the above advantages, the tanks are tapered at the bottom. Because the tanks are emptied at the lowest point, a tank is also completely empty and batch overlap is kept to an absolute minimum. For products that are contamination sensitive including allergens or GMO contamination, this is a great added value.
